*CMA does not accept registration fees paid by pharmaceutical companies on behalf of doctors.

1、注册流程

点击“报名参会”按钮，在线填写注册信息。

注册程序: 在网上填写参会注册信息并完成付费后，组委会将在7个工作日内向您发出“注册交费确认函”，请对注册信息进行确认。

注：参会报到时，请您持注册交费确认函到会议注册处签到并领取资料。

（1）Registration process  

Click the "Register to Attend" button, and fill in the registration information online. 

Registration Process: After completing online registration and payment, the Organizing Committee will email a confirmation letter within 7 business days. Please confirm the registration information.

Note: When you arrive at the conference, please present the Registration and Payment Confirmation Letter to the conference registration desk for registration and collect materials.

2、交费方式

大会只接受网上在线支付和现场支付，不接受银行转账和邮局汇款。

注：由于注册收费需要和银行对账，组委会将在代表通过网银交费成功后7个工作日内将注册交费确认函以邮件的形式发出，请注意查看邮箱并妥善保管好注册交费确认函。

（2）Payment Methods  

The conference only accepts online payment and on-site payment. Bank transfers and postal payments are not accepted.

Note: Due to the need for reconciliation with banks for the registration fees, the organizing committee will send a registration fee confirmation letter by email within 7 business days after the delegates successfully complete the payment via online banking. Please check your email and keep the registration fee confirmation letter properly.

3、取消注册与退款

如果已经支付注册费，却不能参加会议，可以申请退还已交的注册费，但需向组委会以邮件的形式提交书面申请（cmacsu@126.com），不接受其他形式的退款申请。退款申请截止时间：2025年10月20日24:00，退款方式：会议结束后30个工作日原路退回。

（3）Cancellation & Refund  

If you have already paid the registration fee but cannot attend the conference, you can apply for a refund of the registration fee. A written application must be submitted to the organizing committee via email (cmacsu@126.com); refund requests in other forms will not be accepted. The deadline for submitting the refund application is 24:00 on October 20, 2025. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the conference.
